CHUCK SCHULDINER’s Estate Collaborates With KnuckleBonz To Offer ‘Death Experience’ In KnuckleBonz360

Blabbermouth · 2 months ago

Music merchandising company KnuckleBonz has announced an official collaboration with the band Death and the estate of the late Chuck Schuldiner to create the "Death Experience" within KnuckleBonz360, a new immersive 3D digital platform due to launch in summer 2026. The project aims to bring the band's album artwork and imagery to life, allowing fans to explore, connect and collect within a virtual world dedicated to Schuldiner, who is widely regarded as the father of death metal.

KnuckleBonz360 is set to feature more than 20 "band worlds" during 2026, offering fans the chance to play mini-games, shop for exclusive digital and physical collectibles, and interact with others in a multiplayer setting. The Death Experience will span the band's full discography from "Scream Bloody Gore" to "The Sound Of Perseverance", with the "Leprosy" album rendered in 3D at its centre. Schuldiner died on 13 December 2001 following a battle with pontine glioma, a rare brain tumour; his authorised biography, "Born Human", written by David E. Gehlke, was released in November 2025 via Decibel Books. Fans can join the waitlist at knucklebonz360.com.
