AlphaTheta announces new all-in-one unit, XDJ-AN

DJ Mag · 2 months ago

AlphaTheta has released the XDJ-AN, a new two-channel all-in-one DJ unit designed to operate without a laptop and equipped with built-in Wi-Fi. The device is positioned as a bridge between home and club-grade setups, drawing on features from the brand's flagship CDJ-3000X multi player and DJM mixers, with the aim of helping users grow comfortable before moving into professional environments.

The XDJ-AN can play music from USB drives or connect to streaming services including Apple Music, Beatport and TIDAL, with Spotify support planned for the future, and it allows cloud-based libraries and playlists to be managed via a touchscreen. It is priced at €1,149 including VAT, £999 including VAT, and $1,099 (US only, excluding sales tax). The launch follows a run of recent AlphaTheta releases, including the CDJ-1500X multi-player, which debuted the brand's CoBeat service, as well as the three-channel DJM-V5 mixer and the RMX-IGNITE effector earlier this year.
