‘Toy Story 5’ Grossing $800M+ At The Global Box Office With Style

Deadline · 4 hours ago

Disney/Pixar's Toy Story 5 has passed the $800m mark at the global box office, reaching $808.6m worldwide. The milestone makes the film Pixar's ninth highest-grossing release of all time globally, overtaking Monsters University, Up and The Incredibles, and cements it as one of the standout performers of the year so far.

The Andrew Stanton-directed sequel has taken $381.3m domestically — surpassing Finding Nemo to become Pixar's sixth highest earner in North America — and $427.3m overseas. It currently ranks as the third highest-grossing MPA title of 2026 to date, behind Super Mario Galaxy (which has passed $1bn) and Michael (nearing $1bn). Its strongest overseas markets are Mexico, the UK and China, and it has yet to open in Germany, where release is scheduled for 23 July.
