Billboard · 1 month ago

Bad Bunny's charity, Fundación Good Bunny, has announced the 2026 edition of Un Verano Contigo, a free educational and cultural programme for young people in Puerto Rico. The three-week initiative will host 270 participants and covers art, fashion, music and sport, aiming to give island youth access to experiences, tools and mentors that help them explore careers in the creative industries.

The activities will take place at the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón in San Juan, bringing together artists, educators and creative professionals from across the island, with an expanded curriculum, specialised mentorships and professional-development opportunities. Music tracks will run at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, covering production, performance, audio recording and beatmaking, alongside networking and showcases with local musicians. Foundation director José "Che Juan" Torres said Puerto Rico has abundant young talent that often simply needs access and inspiration. The announcement comes as Bad Bunny continues his record-breaking Debí Tirar Más Fotos World Tour, which made him the first Latin artist to gross $1 billion in touring, with his final show set for 26 July in Warsaw.
