NIS America has released a demo for Disgaea Mayhem on the Nintendo eShop for both Switch 1 and Switch 2, ahead of the game's full launch later this month. Billed as a "high-octane" action role-playing take on the long-running series, the demo lets players sample the game's action combat before committing to a purchase.

The demo includes three stages and all seven weapon types featured in the full release, ranging from bows to axes, with each stage pitting players against dozens of enemies and a boss fight. The complete game arrives on 23rd July 2026, alongside a "Limited Edition" release for both consoles. The news follows other recent NIS America and Nintendo demos, including the strategy RPG Brigandine: Abyss and Yoshi and the Mysterious Book.
