Two of Tim Burton's classic films, Sleepy Hollow and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, are being released as limited-edition 4K steelbooks this September, as first reported by IGN. While Sleepy Hollow's steelbook is a reprint, this marks the first time Sweeney Todd has received the steelbook treatment, giving fans of Burton's gothic filmography two collectable editions to seek out.

Both steelbooks are priced at $34.99 and come with distinctive cover artwork spread across two discs, one holding the feature film and the other bonus content. Sleepy Hollow (1999), starring Johnny Depp and Christina Ricci, includes director commentary and featurettes on the film's making, while Sweeney Todd (2007), starring Depp and Helena Bonham Carter, comes with an extensive set of extras including behind-the-scenes footage, a press conference and pieces on the musical's history. As these releases tend to sell out quickly among collectors, those interested are advised to order promptly once available.
