(1985), with an honourable mention for his earlier The French Connection; the brutal one-on-one fight in a darkened room from David Fincher's The Killer (2023); the destruction-heavy climactic car chase in The Blues Brothers (1980), which escalates to involve police and the Illinois Army National Guard; and the Chicago Union Station shootout from The Untouchables (1987), a loosely historical tale of prohibition agents pursuing Al Capone.
