## Key points

- The Chicks postponed their Hollywood concert due to illness.
- The show was rescheduled for 4 November.
- Fans raised concerns about travel costs and refunds.

## Summary

The Chicks postponed their Dolby Theatre concert in Hollywood on Monday, 2 November, just hours before it was due to begin, citing illness. The show was moved to Wednesday, 4 November, disrupting plans for fans who had travelled or arranged accommodation and transport.

The trio said existing tickets would be honoured on the new date and refunds would be available through the original point of purchase for those unable to attend. Some fans said they had difficulty obtaining refunds and complained that the announcement came about an hour before doors opened. The concert was part of plans marking 20 years since the group’s album *Taking the Long Way*, which won several Grammy Awards.
