Road House, Prime Video’s 2024 remake of the 1989 action film, has returned to the platform’s ten most-streamed films in the United States two years after release. Its continued popularity is notable because the film received a largely negative critical response, yet it remains a significant draw for subscribers.

Directed by Doug Liman and starring Jake Gyllenhaal as former MMA fighter Dalton, the 121-minute film also features Conor McGregor. It reportedly attracted more than 50 million viewers worldwide in its first two weeks, setting a then-record for Prime Video’s biggest global film debut, although Project Hail Mary has since reportedly set a new opening-weekend viewing record.
