A new electronic music festival called Temper will debut at Petco Park in San Diego on Wednesday, 30 December, offering a bass-heavy line-up ahead of New Year's Eve. The event is being staged by LED Presents, the San Diego promoter behind year-round electronic shows across the city, and marks an expansion of its festival portfolio into the winter season.

Headline acts include Zeds Dead, Crankdat, Whethan, G Jones, Sara Landry and Ninajirachi, alongside Mary Droppinz, Distinct Motive, Tiffany Day and others performing across three stages on Petco Park's field and surrounding areas, with organisers promising immersive production and curated spaces. Tickets go on presale on 10 August at noon, followed by a general sale on 11 August at noon Pacific time, with the festival forming part of a busier LED Presents calendar that also includes shows through August to November.
