## Key points

- DJI adds a capable 3x telephoto lens to its Pocket 4 camera.
- It is pricier and bulkier, but offers better filming flexibility.
- The £529 camera will not officially launch in the US.

## Summary

DJI’s Osmo Pocket 4P adds a 3x telephoto lens to the Pocket 4, making the compact video camera more versatile while increasing its size, weight and cost and slightly reducing battery life. The reviewer judges it a better-value choice than Insta360’s dual-lens Luna Ultra for most buyers, with strong image quality and useful zoom, although it will not be officially sold in the United States.

The new 60mm-equivalent telephoto camera has a 1/1.28-inch sensor and f/1.8 aperture, while the main camera, controls, stabilisation, recording features and storage remain largely unchanged. In Europe, the Standard Combo costs £529 and the £605 Vlog Combo adds accessories including a compact tripod, DJI Mic Mini 2 and FrameTap remote; US availability appears unlikely amid continuing regulatory action against DJI-linked products.
