ACCEPT Shares New Recording Of ‘Balls To The Wall’ Featuring ROB HALFORD, MATTHIAS JABS And REX BROWN
German/American heavy metal band Accept have shared a newly recorded version of their 1983 anthem "Balls To The Wall", featuring Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford on vocals, Scorpions guitarist Matthias Jabs on the solo, Pantera's Rex Brown on bass and Bullet For My Valentine's Jason Bowld on drums. The track is taken from "Teutonic Titans 1976–2026", an all-star covers album marking the band's 50th anniversary, due out on 4 September 2026 via Napalm Records.
The record features around 50 guest musicians across 19 reimagined Accept classics, with each song given a different combination of performers, produced, mixed and mastered by Chris "Zeuss" Harris and led by founding guitarist Wolf Hoffmann alongside singer Mark Tornillo. Other guests include Tobias Forge (Ghost), Philip Anselmo (Pantera), Kirk Hammett (Metallica), Mikkey Dee (Scorpions), Billy Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins), David Ellefson (Megadeth), K.K. Downing (Judas Priest) and Chris Jericho (Fozzy). The album spans material from 1980's "I'm A Rebel" to 1989's "Eat The Heat", and follows the previously released first single "Fast As A Shark", which notably re-recorded its intro in a Bavarian oompah style.
