Acer has unveiled two compact AI-focused desktop computers, showcasing the latest chip technology from NVIDIA and Intel. The first, the Acer SFF RTX Spark, is built around NVIDIA's newly released "superchip" and is designed specifically for running AI agents, marking Acer's initial foray into integrating this cutting-edge hardware. The launch signals how PC makers are racing to build machines tailored to the growing demand for on-device AI processing.

The SFF RTX Spark can be configured with up to a 6,144-core Blackwell RTX GPU, a 20-core NVIDIA Grace CPU and 128GB of memory, with NVIDIA's chip capable of up to a petaflop of computing power; pricing and availability remain unannounced. Acer's second device, the Veriton RI110 AI Mini Workstation, instead uses an Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor and an Intel Arc B390 graphics card, supports third-party agentic AI tools, and is part of Microsoft's Copilot+ PC scheme; it is expected in North America during the final quarter of 2026, though no price has been given.
