Adobe Premiere is now available on Android, more than a year after launching on iOS. The free app offers core video-editing tools at no cost, while AI features and additional cloud storage are sold separately through in-app purchases.

Users can split, trim, crop and merge footage, change playback speeds, and add text, effects, voiceovers and other audio layers. The app supports unlimited watermark-free 4K exports in platform-appropriate sizes; it requires Android 13 or later and at least 5GB of RAM, with Adobe planning features including Adobe Fonts, improved captions and smoother desktop editing continuity.
