Adria Arjona On Training For ‘Man Of Tomorrow’ Role: “I Have Muscles That I’ve Never Had In My Life”
Adria Arjona has said she is undergoing intensive physical training for her undisclosed role in James Gunn’s forthcoming Superman sequel, Man of Tomorrow. Her comments suggest the part may be physically demanding, while also highlighting her return to work with Gunn and DC Studios co-chief Peter Safran, who gave her an early film role.
Arjona said she trains for two to three hours daily and follows a strict diet, adding that she has developed muscles she had never had before. Filming has reportedly wrapped, with David Corenswet returning as Superman alongside Nicholas Hoult, Rachel Brosnahan and several other DC characters; the film is due in cinemas on 9 July 2027.
