Actor Adria Arjona has spoken about her hectic filming schedule and life on the set of Adam Wingard's horror-thriller Onslaught, out in cinemas on 4 September, while also touching on her mystery role in James Gunn's Man of Tomorrow and the prospects for an Andor spin-off. In Onslaught, Arjona plays Celeste, a traumatised former Army sniper who must protect her young daughter after a nearby military experiment unleashes three lethal super soldiers. She recounted mishaps during filming, including a battered 1979 Ford F-150 pickup she drove to the New Mexico set that repeatedly broke down, forcing the production's transport team to rescue her from the roadside.

Arjona also described a tense reshoot in which an entire prop armoury collapsed on top of her during a key gun-spinning shot, with the usable take only achieved on the final attempt before time ran out. She discussed her secretive part in Gunn's upcoming Superman follow-up Man of Tomorrow, noting her long-standing trust in Gunn and producer Peter Safran, who also produced her 2016 film The Belko Experiment. On the subject of Andor, she said she is open to further stories involving her character Bix Caleen and her child with Cassian Andor, but feels it may be premature to commit to a spin-off.
