The series features testimony from Joanna Brittan, who alleges that in 1990, at age 25, she was taken to Fayed's country estate by a UAE diplomat, drugged, and sexually abused by one or both men. Decades later, her contact with Virginia Giuffre—the prominent Epstein victim—helped her recognise her experience as human trafficking rather than abuse alone, prompting her to pursue justice.

Joanna was working as a translator and personal assistant when she was summarily dismissed from her role in Knightsbridge and forced into a locked limousine with diplomat Ahmed Obaidly, a friend of Fayed's. She was driven to Fayed's heavily guarded estate in Oxted, Surrey, where she experienced a complete memory void she attributes to drugging. Her connection with Giuffre around the time of the November 2019 Prince Andrew Newsnight interview helped clarify that she had been a victim of trafficking—a more serious crime than sexual abuse—and encouraged her to seek justice.
