## Summary

Al Jourgensen says Ministry will end its career with a final concert at Los Angeles’s Kia Forum on 30 October 2027, a year after the release of its upcoming album. The industrial-metal pioneer says he feels at peace with the decision and expects the farewell show to be a fun occasion featuring musicians who have been influenced by the band.

The forthcoming album, “Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery)”, will be Ministry’s 17th studio release and includes a final collaboration with former member Paul Barker on “We’re Still Here”. Jourgensen described a career spanning synth-pop, industrial and industrial rock, with 17 studio albums, eight live releases and touring across five continents; he said the themes in his songs still resonate decades later.
