## Key points

- Photo allegedly shows syringe in Congressman Max Miller's bedroom
- Image reportedly contradicts his recorded denial of having needles nearby
- Ex-wife Emily Moreno said to have taken and provided the photo

## Summary

A newly surfaced photograph appears to show a syringe in the bedroom of Republican Congressman Max Miller, seemingly contradicting his own recorded denial that he ever kept needles by his bed. The image, reportedly taken by his ex-wife Emily Moreno inside the home they once shared, was exclusively obtained by the Daily Mail and threatens to further damage the Trump-endorsed politician's standing amid an already bitter and public divorce dispute.

The photograph is said to corroborate one of Moreno's most serious allegations: that she discovered needles beside her then-husband's bed and photographed them as evidence. A source familiar with the matter told the Daily Mail the image came from Moreno herself, while Miller has previously denied the claim in a secretly recorded conversation, setting his account directly against the newly revealed picture.
