## Key points

- Alison Krauss cancels remaining Arcadia Tour dates on doctors' orders
- Vocal rest advised; no return date announced
- Full refunds offered for affected September–October shows

## Summary

Alison Krauss & Union Station have cancelled the remaining dates on their Arcadia Tour after doctors advised Krauss to rest her voice, bringing the run to an early close. The band announced the decision on Instagram, saying it was made reluctantly but that protecting Krauss's vocal health had to take priority, with no date given for a return to the stage.

The cancelled shows spanned September and October, including stops in Austin, Las Vegas, Davenport, Nashville and St Louis, with the tour due to conclude back in California, where Krauss first paused performances in late August. Fans holding tickets are being offered full refunds, and the band said it hopes to revisit the affected cities in future. Krauss, who has fronted Union Station for four decades, previously dealt with a vocal condition called dysphonia in 2013, and the tour had followed the chart-topping success of the band's latest album, Arcadia.
