## Key points

- A guide maps Fortnite’s current Treasure Hunters NPCs.
- Some NPCs can be hired; others provide rifts.
- All NPC services are free this season.

## Summary

A Fortnite guide updated on 4 November 2026 maps the current non-player characters (NPCs) in the Treasure Hunters mini-season and explains how they can help players during matches. The characters can provide hireable support or open rifts, which may help with escapes, squad movement and exploration.

The guide says there are few hireable NPCs this season, so players may face competition at their locations. NPCs move around their points of interest, and a speech bubble appears on the mini-map when players get close. The article notes that all NPC services are free this time around and that the locations may change as the season progresses.
