## Key points

- Houston are 7-1 and favoured against Minnesota.
- The Timberwolves are without Anthony Edwards.
- Sengun is averaging 23.3 points, 8.7 rebounds and 7.8 assists.

## Summary

Houston are favoured to beat Minnesota, with Alperen Sengun and Kevin Durant leading a Rockets side the article describes as deep and in strong form. The matchup matters because the Timberwolves are missing Anthony Edwards, leaving them without their leading player against a Houston team that has started the season with only one defeat.

Minnesota are 5-3 and have gone 2-2 without Edwards, while Houston are 7-1 and 6-0 when Sengun plays. Sengun is averaging 23.3 points, 8.7 rebounds and 7.8 assists; Rudy Gobert, whom the article says needs to score more, is averaging 7.4 points. The writer’s betting pick is Houston at -7.5, after changing their view on the game’s total.
