Amazon is selling an officially licensed $17.99 replica of the vintage Spider-Man T-shirt that Zendaya wore to a Paris photocall for her forthcoming film "Spider-Man: Brand New Day". The original garment, which Zendaya's stylist Law Roach sourced from eBay for around $35, went viral after appearing at the June event, prompting demand for an affordable alternative that fans could buy without hunting for a secondhand version.

The Amazon version, sold through the retailer's "Merch on Demand" scheme and dubbed the "Paris Premiere Fan Event T-Shirt", is a 100% cotton, unisex design featuring a crouching Spider-Man in red against a black background, and comes in sizes ranging from small to 6XL. Amazon says more than 4,000 have already been bought in recent weeks, with the shirt currently discounted from its usual $19.99 to $17.99. Zendaya reprises her role as MJ in "Spider-Man: Brand New Day", which is due in cinemas on 31 July.
