Finnish metal acts Amorphis and Insomnium have announced a co-headlining North American tour for autumn 2026, with support from death/doom band Hinayana. The run gives fans in the US and Canada a chance to see both bands together as each promotes new material, and comes amid a busy touring period for the melodic death metal scene.

The tour opens in Boston on 17th November and closes in New York City on 19th December, taking in more than 20 cities including Chicago, Los Angeles, Denver, Atlanta and Toronto along the way. Amorphis are touring behind their latest album, Borderland, released in September 2025, while Insomnium will be supporting their forthcoming record, Netherworlds, due out on 16th October. Pre-sale tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster on Wednesday 2nd September at 10am local time, with general on-sale following on Thursday 3rd September at 10am local time.
