No date has been set for an extradition hearing, and the UK has until mid-September to submit evidence to the US State Department. The brothers, known for promoting wealth and misogyny online, have argued their controversial statements were exaggerated or satirical, with their lawyers disputing claims about owning luxury assets such as a superyacht and an Aston Martin.
