Anker has introduced the Eufy MindBase, an all-in-one smart home platform that merges artificial intelligence, network-attached storage, and security monitoring capabilities into a single centralised device. Revealed at IFA 2026 in Berlin, the MindBase serves as the control centre for a connected household, managing multiple smart devices whilst simultaneously acting as an automated security system and data storage solution.

The device's defining feature is its on-device AI processing, which enables it to analyse security camera footage and manage smart home operations entirely within the local network, eliminating the need for data to be transmitted to cloud servers. This architecture prioritises household privacy whilst delivering real-time security monitoring and intelligent device management, positioning the MindBase as a comprehensive alternative to managing separate specialised devices for storage, automation, and surveillance.
