Another ‘Chicago Fire’ Star Officially Exits Season 15
Dermot Mulroney will leave Chicago Fire early in its fifteenth season, ending his role as Chief Dom Pascal after joining the NBC drama in Season 13. His departure adds to significant behind-the-scenes and cast changes as the long-running series returns, following the exits of showrunner Andrea Newman and actor Joe Miñoso.
No reason for Mulroney’s exit has been announced. He was absent for an extended period during the previous season, when Rob Morgan briefly appeared as Battalion Chief Hopkins, but returned for the finale’s major disaster; the Season 15 premiere is expected to address its aftermath when the One Chicago franchise returns on 7 October.
