Collider · 2 hours ago

Anya Taylor-Joy has returned to Apple TV for the crime thriller "Lucky," co-starring Timothy Olyphant, with a new exclusive sneak peek from Episode 5, "Are We Bad People," revealing an escalating confrontation between the show's characters. The preview arrives amid a breakout year for Taylor-Joy, who has starred in the billion-dollar hit "The Super Mario Galaxy Movie" and is set to appear in "Dune: Part Three" and Netflix's "Sacrifice" with Chris Evans later in 2026, underlining her growing prominence across film and streaming.

"Lucky" was created for television by Jonathan Tropper, who also wrote Apple TV's "Your Friends & Neighbors" and a forthcoming Star Wars film. The series premiered on 15 July with two episodes and, as a seven-episode first season, has three instalments left. The clip shows Luciana confronting Priscilla on a beach, with Priscilla now demanding money rather than simply asking for it, hinting at rising tension as the season nears its conclusion.
