Arcángel & Bad Bunny’s ‘Me Acostumbré’ Surpasses 1 Billion Views on YouTube

Billboard · 5 hours ago

Bad Bunny has notched his 20th music video to reach one billion views on YouTube, with "Me Acostumbré," his 2017 collaboration with fellow Puerto Rican artist Arcángel, crossing the threshold. The milestone highlights the enduring popularity of the pair's earlier trap material and cements Bad Bunny's status as one of the platform's most-watched artists, alongside continuing momentum for Arcángel's own catalogue.

Released on 19 February 2017 and produced by DJ Luian and Mambo Kingz, the track is a trap song about getting used to success and the fame that comes with it; the video, directed by Rodrigo Films in the Dominican Republic, shows the two stars out on the streets at night. It is Arcángel's seventh video to hit a billion views and the third the two artists share together in that club, following "Tu No Vives Así" and "Diles." The song itself peaked at No. 28 on Billboard's Hot Latin Songs chart in May 2017, and its billion-view milestone comes just months after Bad Bunny's "Tití Me Preguntó" also passed one billion views in January.

  • "Me Acostumbré" hits 1 billion YouTube views, Bad Bunny's 20th such video.
  • It's Arcángel's seventh video and third joint one with Bad Bunny to reach the mark.
  • Follows "Tití Me Preguntó" surpassing 1 billion views in January.
