Marvel Studios has cast Noah Jupe in a secret role for "Avengers: Secret Wars," according to sources cited by Deadline, adding him to the sprawling ensemble as the studio builds towards the next chapter of its Avengers saga. Production on the film is due to begin later this year, with Anthony and Joe Russo directing and Kevin Feige producing, though Marvel has not commented on the casting and the character Jupe will play remains undisclosed.

"Avengers: Secret Wars" is scheduled for release on 17 December 2027, following "Avengers: Doomsday," which is still to be unveiled. Jupe has recently drawn acclaim for his West End stage role in "Romeo & Juliet" alongside Sadie Sink, who has since made her own Marvel debut in "Spider-Man: Brand New Day." His other credits include the Oscar-winning "Hamnet," the second series of "The Night Manager," and the upcoming "Play Dead" and "A Quiet Place Part 3."
