- The song uses recorded Beyblade sounds and a singalong chorus.
- The band designed its shifting rhythms for speed, fun and suspense.

## Summary

BAND-MAID released “SPIN” on 28 October, a three-track single whose title song was written as the ending theme for the anime BEYBLADE X Bey Kingdom Arc. The band say they aimed to make it enjoyable for children and adults, with a singalong chorus and a fast-moving sound inspired by the spinning-top battles.

Guitarist KANAMI says she added recorded Beyblade collision and spinning sounds, alongside structural twists to reward close listening. Bassist MISA shaped a melodic, danceable line, while drummer AKANE used changing rhythms to build speed and suspense. The members also recalled performing with The Warning’s Dani at Summer Sonic after the bands had met in Japan the previous year.
