Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned that Russia could attack other European countries with drones, missiles or ground forces, describing the risk as “very high”. He said President Vladimir Putin might seek to divide Europe and weaken support for Ukraine by creating instability beyond the battlefield.

Zelenskyy pointed to recent drone incursions and suspected Russian hybrid activity across Europe as evidence that Moscow is testing Western responses. Reported incidents included drones entering Romanian and Lithuanian airspace, while leaders in Germany, Poland and Latvia raised concerns about potential attacks, air-defence weaknesses and the need for a united NATO response.
