Beabadoobee has achieved her first number-one chart position in Australia as her album Pylon debuts atop the ARIA Albums Chart. The achievement marks a significant milestone for the Filipino-British indie-pop artist, demonstrating her growing success in the Australian market and establishing her as an emerging force in contemporary popular music.

Pylon is Beabadoobee's fourth studio album and her second top-ten appearance on the ARIA Albums Chart, following her 2024 release This Is How Tomorrow Moves, which peaked at number six. Other notable chart debuts include Miley Cyrus' Bass Persuades at number two, Sydney punk rock band C.O.F.F.I.N.'s Out In Oslo at number eight (their best-ever chart performance), and Lizzy McAlpine's Angel at number ten. On the ARIA Singles Chart, Ella Langley's "Choosin' Texas" claimed its 15th non-consecutive week at number one, whilst the same track also made history in the United States by achieving a 23-week run atop the Billboard Hot 100, breaking the record for the longest number-one streak in that chart's history.
