- Dwayne Johnson stars as fixer Beck.
- The jungle mission involves gold, trouble and an unwilling passenger.

## Summary

Dwayne Johnson’s 2003 adventure film *The Rundown* is now available on Prime Video. The early leading role paired jungle action with buddy-comedy elements, helping show Johnson in a different kind of part before his later *Jumanji* films.

Johnson plays Beck, a fixer sent to Brazil to bring back Travis, played by Seann William Scott. Their mission becomes more complicated when they encounter Mariana, a local with knowledge of the jungle, and Hatcher, a gold-mining colonel played by Christopher Walken; Rosario Dawson, Ewen Bremner and Jon Gries also feature.
