## Key points

- Jobe Bellingham earns his first England call-up.
- He joins brother Jude in Tuchel’s squad.
- England face Croatia and Spain in the Nations League.

## Summary

Thomas Tuchel has given Jobe Bellingham his first England call-up, bringing him into the same squad as his brother Jude for Nations League matches against Croatia and Spain. The selection fulfils a long-held family ambition and signals Tuchel’s move towards a refreshed squad as England build towards Euro 2028.

Jobe, an England Under-21s captain who has impressed at Borussia Dortmund, joins a 25-player group with only 11 of the 22 outfield players from last summer’s World Cup squad. Tuchel said Jude had urged him to watch his younger brother, and noted that suspended midfielder Myles Lewis-Skelly could improve Jobe’s chances of playing against Croatia. The last brothers to play together for England were Gary and Phil Neville, 19 years ago.
