Australian police have issued an arrest warrant for Below Deck Mediterranean star Nathan Gallagher after he failed to appear at a scheduled court hearing linked to earlier domestic violence charges. New South Wales Police released his mugshot on Tuesday to confirm the warrant, deepening legal trouble for the Bravo reality personality amid allegations he assaulted the mother of his child.

Gallagher was arrested on 27 December after allegedly assaulting a 29-year-old woman, later reported to be his former co-star and ex-partner Gael Cameron, with whom he shares a son. He was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault; police documents allege he repeatedly covered her mouth and nose, gripped her neck and struck her jaw. He had been granted conditional bail on 28 December but missed his 1 September court date, prompting the warrant. Gallagher, who deactivated his Instagram account, previously said via a statement that the reports reflected "only one side" of a "complicated situation" and that his priority was to co-parent peacefully.
