Ben Samek is expected to oversee Banijay’s US operations after Banijay Entertainment merged with All3Media, creating an $8 billion production group. The appointment would place him at the centre of plans to expand the combined company’s American presence across television production, digital businesses, live events and experiences.

Samek has led Banijay Americas since February 2023 and previously held senior roles at Endemol USA and Endemol Shine North America. Banijay Americas produces programmes including Big Brother, MasterChef, Below Deck and Summer House, while All3Media’s US-facing businesses include Studio Lambert, producer of The Traitors. The merger leaves the group needing a more central US infrastructure to support its various production labels and creative teams.
