## Summary

BetMGM is promoting a first-bet offer for new users ahead of the NBA Cup’s opening night, using the code FOXNEWS. It says losing first wagers will be refunded in bonus bets, up to $1,500; the article presents this as a way to limit the risk of betting on an early tournament fixture.

The Cup begins on Friday with 10 games involving 30 teams in six groups, with the group stage leading to knockout rounds from 4 December and a final on 11 December at Hinkle Fieldhouse. The article highlights Knicks–76ers, Rockets–Mavericks and Lakers–Warriors, and notes that last season’s Cup winner went on to win the NBA Finals.
