Big Shot Pictures has appointed film executive and producer Adam Rosenberg as its head of film. He will oversee feature development and production for the family entertainment company, supporting its expansion through a multi-year partnership with Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Rosenberg previously co-founded Modern Magic and produced Sony Pictures Animation’s “Goat”, after a decade at MGM as co-president of production. His MGM work included executive producing “Creed III” and overseeing films including “Candyman”, “Respect” and “The Magnificent Seven”; Big Shot has recently acquired interests in the “Eloise” and “Alvin and the Chipmunks” franchises.
