- Its streak was shorter than four other shows listed in the article.
- A delay to season three may affect the drama’s momentum.

## Summary

Paramount+’s *Landman*, starring Billy Bob Thornton, has fallen out of the US television Top 10 after spending more than 400 consecutive days on the chart. The streak shows the drama’s sustained popularity, but its departure comes as the show faces a delay to its third season, which could affect its momentum.

The article says *Landman*’s run was shorter than those of several other Paramount+ shows: *South Park* lasted 467 days, *Ghosts* 581, *Everybody Loves Raymond* 837 and *NCIS* 980. The series, based on Christian Wallace’s podcast *Boomtown*, follows the oil industry in West Texas and the pressures surrounding oilman Tommy Norris.
