Bon Jovi Abruptly Ends MSG Concert Due to Sinus Infection

Rolling Stone · 2 hours ago

Jon Bon Jovi ended a Madison Square Garden concert after around 90 minutes because he was battling a sinus infection. He apologised to the audience and asked them to keep their ticket stubs while arrangements for a rescheduled performance are considered, underlining the disruption to the band’s return to touring.

A spokesperson confirmed the illness was responsible for the early finish and said further information would follow. The show was part of Bon Jovi’s Forever tour, which began earlier in July after the singer spent four years away from touring following surgery for a strained vocal cord; he said in June that he had fully recovered.

  • Bon Jovi cut short an MSG concert due to a sinus infection.
  • Fans were asked to retain tickets for a possible rescheduled show.
  • The tour follows his four-year recovery from vocal-cord surgery.
