Amazon is reportedly set to sponsor Prince Harry's Invictus Games Birmingham 2027 in a major sponsorship deal. The arrangement comes as the event requires a £20 million cash injection to cover its costs, a significant challenge following aerospace company Boeing's decision not to renew its sponsorship after the previous games two years ago. This development could provide crucial financial support for the Duke of Sussex and the Games.

Invictus Games Birmingham 2027 will take place from 10 to 17 July and expects to welcome approximately 550 wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans from 25 nations, who will compete in 12 adaptive sports to support their recovery. The sponsorship deal reportedly includes expectations for Meghan to make an appearance at the event, and marks a strategic shift for the Sussexes away from their previous Netflix partnership towards Amazon Prime Video.
