## Key points

- Box and Nvidia expanded their partnership.
- A new search engine targets company files.
- Box Architect will build workflows from plain-language instructions.

## Summary

Box has expanded its partnership with Nvidia, announcing tools to help businesses find information in company files and build AI-powered workflows. The move matters as firms seek to use AI with internal documents while making routine processes easier to automate.

Box Context Retrieval, built on Nvidia’s Nemotron models, is expected to reach Enterprise Advanced customers early next year. Box says it could improve search accuracy by 20 per cent, reduce token use by 90 per cent and make answers four times faster. A separate tool, Box Architect, will let teams describe workflows in plain language and is due to enter beta in the fourth quarter. Box also plans new protections against bulk downloads, account takeovers and mass deletion.
