## Key points

- May says a Queen retrospective would differ from ABBA Voyage.
- A 360-degree show remains an idea, with no settled plans.
- He says he is on a break, not announcing retirement.

## Summary

Brian May says a possible Queen retrospective show would differ from ABBA Voyage, despite earlier reports that the band was exploring a similar spectacle. He remains interested in a 360-degree music environment, potentially at Las Vegas’s Sphere, but says the project is progressing slowly and its format is undecided.

May said he does not know where plans stand and has concerns about the extensive use of AI a hologram show might require. He said Queen’s history and path would shape a different approach. May also clarified that reports he was retiring were based on misinterpreted comments: he describes himself as taking a break to spend time with family and pursue projects including astrophysics and animal welfare work.
