Bright Eyes and The Lumineers have released covers of songs by The Felice Brothers for *Felice County Fair: A Celebration of The Felice Brothers*, an upcoming tribute album. The releases highlight the influence of the New York folk-rock group’s songwriting on prominent artists in adjacent Americana and indie-folk scenes.

Bright Eyes cover “Wonderful Life”, originally from The Felice Brothers’ 2008 self-titled album, while The Lumineers have recorded “The Kid”. The 26-track compilation is due on 16 October through Free Flight, Sun Mountain and Sony, and is also set to feature Brandon Flowers, Nathaniel Rateliff, Dawes, Deer Tick and Old Crow Medicine Show; the project was spearheaded by Brandy Schultz, wife of Lumineers frontman Wesley Schultz.
