Britain's Matthew Brennan won stage 11 of the 2026 Vuelta a España, sprinting to victory on the 153.8km route from Cartagena to Lorca. It was the 21-year-old's third stage win of the race, making his Grand Tour debut an especially impressive one for the Visma-Lease a Bike rider.

Brennan held off France's Bryan Coquard and Belgium's Jordi Meeus in the sprint finish, having also won stages two and five. Spain's Enric Mas kept the overall race lead, holding a one minute 18-second advantage over Slovenia's Primoz Roglic, with Britain's Oscar Onley fourth overall. Lidl-Trek's Mads Pedersen withdrew from the stage due to illness, while Thursday's mountainous 12th stage will feature five categorised climbs, including a summit finish at Calar Alto.
