## Key points

- Ferguson’s Glentoran debut is away to leaders Coleraine.
- Coleraine have won their last four league matches.
- Glentoran are unbeaten in five and 14 points behind.

## Summary

Duncan Ferguson’s first match as Glentoran manager has been delayed by six days and will now be away to league leaders Coleraine. It is a demanding debut: a win would show Ferguson can quickly adapt to the Irish Premiership and would give Glentoran a chance to close the gap on the teams above them.

Coleraine have won four consecutive matches since their only league defeat and could extend their two-point lead at the top. Glentoran are fourth, 14 points behind, but have gone five league games unbeaten under interim management; they have scored 16 goals and conceded 10 in 12 matches. Ferguson has called for energetic, attacking football, with striker Pat Hoban returning to fitness, and the game will be shown live on BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website.
