## Key points

- Budda Baker answered trade questions in an evil clown costume.
- He said his focus was practice and the Cowboys game.
- Arizona is reportedly weighing moves before the trade deadline.

## Summary

Arizona Cardinals safety Budda Baker faced questions about trade rumours while wearing an evil clown costume at a media availability before Halloween. The moment drew attention to the awkwardness of trying to discuss serious work matters while dressed for the occasion, as the Cardinals are reportedly considering moves before the NFL trade deadline.

Baker said he was focused on the present, Friday’s practice and the upcoming game against the Dallas Cowboys, rather than addressing the rumours directly. He is among the players mentioned in speculation as Arizona may become a seller at the deadline; the article gives no further details about a possible trade. Baker’s response was light-hearted, and the situation was not treated as a serious team announcement.
