She argued that the series pushed boundaries while remaining within mainstream television standards, describing it as provocative entertainment rather than pornography.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, the 54-year-old recalled that stars including Pamela Anderson and Yasmine Bleeth helped make the programme difficult to replicate. Electra also said the show’s blend of attractive cast members, beach settings and CPR-related storylines created a particular formula that became widely popular.
