Carson Daly has addressed speculation that he is stepping down from "The Voice" after NBC announced that Keke Palmer will host the show's new spinoff, "The Voice: Celebrity." Writing on Instagram, Daly clarified he remains fully committed to the flagship series, which he has hosted and produced since its debut 15 years ago, while praising Palmer as the "perfect" choice to front the celebrity edition.

Daly explained that NBC will run both formats in parallel, with the original show continuing this autumn and the celebrity spinoff following in spring 2027, and said he will act as a producer helping launch the new series behind the scenes. "The Voice: Celebrity" will feature Joe Jonas as a first-time coach alongside returning judges Queen Latifah and Riley Green, who both joined the main show for its 31st season this autumn; Palmer's casting as host was first reported earlier in the week.
